Many ministries and people today are in transition. When one is given a ministry
for the Lord, it encompasses those in the ministry locally and globally. All those
who serve in a ministry usually are to move in growth, learning and multiplying.
When Joshua led the people over the Jordan, the priests elected, were to stand
in the flood, they were to remain faithful to their position.
We as leaders, are to learn what the flood is and why it overcomes many who
are trying to walk and serve the Lord. Without the Five-fold gift ministry, there will
be no stability.
Many have thought entering the promised land was about buildings, cars,
homes, property, and so on. This is not what it is about today. The true promise
land are the people. Where the people are is where God wants to be. Seek ye
first the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added unto you. He shall
give you the nations. He will pour His favor upon His people.
We recognize we are in transition when everything around us changes. We may
either understand the change or God has moved us to this position of change.
Either way, what you do during the transition, will determine your outcome.

During transitions, one can fall into iniquity, desiring to quit and walk away. This
is where those who are elected by God are to stand with them, and exhorting
them to continue in the Lord. God also will empower both the sides as He does
want us to overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony. All
leaders are to stand and be faithful to what God has called them to. All new
leaders must learn to be empowered by God, so that they will not be weary in well
doing. We are to have balance in our lives and without it, we will be pulled in
many directions. Our God is the God of peace, rest and purpose. We can do
nothing on our own. So today, if you are to move forward and complete the tasks
at hand, we must know our places and be faithful. God will bless all faithfulness.

During this period we may not understand many things and may doubt
even our salvation.
Religious concepts or teachings, may not help during this
period, as they are not concrete.
What use to work no longer does.
We seek God more and others which is what He wants, to gather His body.
We find that we must be open to new things, such as others
who might have gone through this period before.
Through our discontentment, we find that we are forced to
change as God is moving us from one place to another. If we
are sons, we are led by the Spirit.
We mature during this season, or at least we should be.
Seeking God daily is a must in order to stay on course through
our transitions.
We must be confident and wait on Him for his favor and
blessings as without the supernatural touch of God, all of it is in
vain.
It is to move us to where we are suppose to be, so be open to
His Voice.
As we are waiting on God, we trust him more each day, and His
presence becomes a very part of our being and life. This is
what changes other people as they see God in you.
